The work of CD Engineering constructors is based on special abilities from the machine-building area. They use them at work in CATIA system. Thanks to CATIA system in the area of creating 3D models and modelling and editing, the constructors have been able to solve many tasks.
        Companies working in automobile and air industry exploit our work. The tasks that we work on are using the power of CATIA in modelling the freely areas. It mostly runs about automobile industry. We are able to project welder workstations with the simulation of ergonomics and the availability of welder mechanism into individual point of welding.
        We also work on measuring and check appliances with attachment and gripping the sheets that the client determines (RPS). Thanks to CATIA system, we are able to project the folder appliances to align internal and external sheets of individual car parts, also we can create and efface areas made by 3D scanner.

         In the area of air industry, we are able to create models of individual parts of the aeroplane. We also construct laminating appliances that use underpressure to make press power before the thermic curing of the material. We have many experiences with creating the plugger and milling appliances for laminating segments. We also work on construction of pressing tolls for laminate.

        Besides automobile and air industry, we gained many experiences in projecting of floats on small boats. In these cases, we can create a float of a boat or a model of the whole boat according to curves. This is the biggest advantage of 3D presentation. In spite of the client has not made the boat yet, he could see how it will look like. So he could offer the product on the market.

         In the sphere of projecting the tools for pressing the plastic and cutting and bending tools, we are able to construct simpler tools. It is possible according the strong property of CATIA system, which is the work with freely areas. It helps us to create the cavities for more complicated tools.

        The general machine building means many experiences from projecting welded steel constructions for our constructors. It is concerned mostly on bearing parts of ecology equipment (belt mangle, belt thickeners for sewage treatment plant, etc.), also tip platforms, ladders. We are able to project equipment for ecology welded from plastic, for example chemical economy, belt thickener).

         We are able to utilise the advantage of creating more complicated line-ups in audio techniques. We co-operated with an owner of a patent for the loudspeakers of the new generation. We projected a detailed 3D model including the decomposition of electronic components. Of course, we projected 2D documentation. We used the advantage of CATIA in 3D visualisation to create pictures of individual models of the loudspeakers almost on a photography level. As mentioned before, our client could use the pictures to support the sale of his products.
         The matter of course is creating the 2D documentation according the requests and recipes of our client. The control is made by standard of VW – ENDCHEK system in this area. There is no problem with exporting into other formats (AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Pro E, etc.) or to other transition formats (DXF, STEP, IGES) and to printing format HPGL 2 or universal format PDF.
